Refund Policy

Aayushman Institute of Professional Studies

We believe in transparency and fairness. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Course Fee Refund

• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

• Refund requests will only be considered in special cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Course cancellation by the institute

  • Genuine exceptional circumstances (subject to management approval)

2. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or application).

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.

• Processing charges, if any, may be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. No Refund Cases

• No refund will be provided after the course has started.

• No refund for absenteeism or discontinuation by the student.

• No Refund During the Course.
